Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your AutoCandidate subscription at any time through your Billing settings on the dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Since AutoCandidate provides digital services with immediate access to AI-powered tools, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been used. However, we may consider refund requests in the following cases:

  • Technical failures that prevent you from using the service entirely.
  • Accidental double-billing for the same period.
  • Unauthorized transactions reported within 48 hours.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at swapcod14@gmail.com with your account email and transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5-7 working days.

4. Plan Changes

If you upgrade your plan, the new price will be charged immediately on a pro-rata basis. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
